5dB Pro Audio is based in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire – approximately 30 minutes from Central London. We specialise in live audio recording and mixing but also regularly work on other types of projects; including studio based recording and mixing, mastering, pre/post production and in conjunction with various video production teams. We cover all areas of mainland UK and also travel internationally. All of our staff have enhanced DBS and Child Protection Certification.
David Ashman is the Founder and Senior Sound Engineer of 5dB Pro Audio. After successfully completing a degree in Music Production from Leeds College of Music, David went on to work in several high profile recording and post production studios in the North of England, before relocating to Buckinghamshire in 2012 to set up his own production company.
